Why does my iPad Pro 12.9 1st 2015 camera buzz or produce wavy vibrating photos?

Motorcycle engine vibrations or severe drops can damage the delicate electromagnets in the Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) unit. We replace the precision camera module in 30 minutes to restore smooth, steady 4K video recording and razor-sharp autofocus.

Will repairing my iPad Pro 12.9 1st 2015 erase my photos or personal data?

No. Routine hardware repairs including screen, battery, camera, and charging port replacements do not alter user storage or erase your photos, apps, and messages. We operate under a strict Zero Data Wipe policy. For logic board micro-soldering or severe liquid damage, we recommend backing up if device is operable.

How long does an iPad Pro 12.9 1st 2015 Camera Issue take in-store?

Most common repairs are completed within 30 mins on the bench. Walk in to our St Marys Flagship Workshop (122 Queen St) for Same-Day Fix service or visit our Schofields Express Kiosk (Schofields Village) for routine screen and battery fixes.

What warranty is provided on iPad Pro 12.9 1st 2015 repairs?

All repairs on the iPad Pro 12.9 1st 2015 include our comprehensive 3-Month Store Warranty covering both the replacement components and technician workmanship. If any hardware defect occurs during normal use, we resolve it promptly.

What quality of replacement parts do you install?

We install Tested Quality replacement components matching factory specifications for touch sensitivity, battery endurance, and charging stability. Every part is tested on the bench before installation.

Do I need to book in advance or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are always welcome during business hours at both St Marys and Schofields. Booking an in-store bench slot online reserves your parts and technician time so you can be back on your way in 30 to 45 minutes.
